Terms of Service

Welcome to PhotoGuru.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to the PhotoGuru prompt library at photoguru.ai and app.photoguru.ai (the "Service"). The Service is operated by IMAGE LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By buying access to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What PhotoGuru Is
PhotoGuru is a digital library of ready-made text prompts for ChatGPT image generation, for authors, coaches and content creators. The library includes:
- Tested image prompts organized by category (author portraits, book mockups, launch posts, social media, product photos and more);
- Example pictures that show the kind of result each prompt produces;
- Pick-and-copy options, pose and scene variations, follow-up prompts and tips;
- New prompts that we add over time.
PhotoGuru does not generate pictures itself. You copy a prompt and use it in ChatGPT or another image tool of your choice, under that tool's own account, terms and limits. We do not receive, store or process the photos, book covers or other files you upload to ChatGPT.
2. Purchase, Price and Delivery
2.1 One-time payment. Access to PhotoGuru is sold for a one-time payment. The current price is shown on our website at the time of purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location.
2.2 Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. We never see or store your full card details.
2.3 Delivery. Right after your payment is confirmed, we email your login details for the PhotoGuru library to the email address you used at checkout. If you do not receive them within one hour, please check your spam folder and then contact [email protected].
2.4 Lifetime access. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we operate the PhotoGuru Service. It includes the prompts in the library and the new prompts we add over time. If we ever stop operating the Service, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email.
2.5 Price changes. We may change the price for new purchases at any time. A price change does not affect access you have already paid for.
3. Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy and use PhotoGuru.
- Your account is personal. Please keep your password private and do not share your login with other people.
- You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.
4. License to Use the Prompts
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts in the library to create pictures for your own personal and commercial projects, such as your author photos, book marketing, social media, ads, websites and products.
You may not:
- Resell, republish, share or distribute the prompts, the library or its example pictures as a collection, in whole or in substantial part (for example as your own prompt pack, course, ebook, website or app);
- Share your login or give other people access to the library;
- Copy the library with scripts, bots or scraping tools;
- Use the PhotoGuru name or logo to suggest that we endorse your work.
The PhotoGuru library, its prompt texts, example pictures, design and software remain the property of IMAGE LLC.
5. Pictures You Create
Pictures you create with ChatGPT or another tool are created by you, in your own account with that tool. Your rights in those pictures are governed by that tool's terms (for ChatGPT, the OpenAI Terms of Use). We claim no ownership of the pictures you create.
You are responsible for what you create and publish. In particular:
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission;
- Only upload book covers, logos and other material that you own or have the right to use;
- Follow the usage policies of the image tool you use and the rules of every platform where you publish (for example Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok);
- Do not use the prompts to create content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory or harmful, that impersonates another person, or that infringes the rights of others.
6. Results and Third-Party Tools
AI image tools do not produce the same picture every time. We test our prompts and show example results, but we cannot guarantee that your picture will look exactly like the example, that a face will be a perfect likeness, or that text in a picture will always be spelled correctly.
ChatGPT and other image tools are provided by third parties. They may change their features, limits, prices or policies, refuse a request, or stop working at any time. These changes are outside our control. We will update the library to keep the prompts useful, but a change in a third-party tool is not a defect of PhotoGuru. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. PhotoGuru is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.
7. Refunds
Every purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. The details are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. When a refund is issued, access to the library ends.
8. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using PhotoGuru at any time. We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, for example by sharing your login, reselling the prompts or using the Service for fraud. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, or for the actions of third-party tools and platforms. Our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for PhotoGuru.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are settled by the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Before going to court, please contact us. Most problems are solved quickly by email.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, email account holders. Changes do not reduce the access you have already paid for.
